A listing of where to find tan & brown skinned ball jointed dolls.
One of the reasons for this list is I always wanted to make up bjds to look like my characters, & it was a pain locating darker skinned dolls, so I’m making it easy for people who want to find them. Also when I was in my gothic lolita faze, I always wanted to make a mini me type of doll to carry around, I’ve grown into a Mori girl now. I’m sure making this list will offend someone, but whatevs. If there’s a company I missed let me know ^__^
Iplehouse. Hands down the best diversity I’ve seen not only in skin colors, but also facial features. The designers took a a good look a different people around the world and found beauty in all of them. Oh and the men, are gorgeous, lol.

Hujoo, No longer does dark skinned dolls, because they don’t want the money I guess. (I say this because the girl dolls are selling for at least $100+ on auction sites) I have wings in chocolate, but good luck locating one of those gorgeous dark skinned Berry girls.
Bambicrony Said they wouldn’t make any more dark skinned dolls, but still do?
Jpop Dolls specifically the Kaye Wiggs dolls, so pretty, wish I could buy one.
Dollmore they have tons of dolls, so search for tan or, um chocolate -_-
